Very clean and organized store with a selection of quality clothes. I often find natural fibers like 100% cotton, silk, wool, cashmere, and linen which is very important to me when thrifting. I think the prices are reasonable given the high quality and condition of the items. The staff has always been kind and helpful with any questions I have. There's two "stores" side by side, so make sure to check out both. Definitely my favorite thrift store in Pittsburgh!

Wonderful, quirky selection with beautiful care and labeling of clothing. It's challenging to find high quality vintage coats, and I left with a stunning cashmere number (after trying on so many gorgeous options that I wanted them all). Customer service is impeccable and I'll definitely be returning often.

What a great store! As an avid men’s clothing aficionado, I could spend all day in here. There are tons of high-quality clothes for amazingly low prices. I found a pair of pleated vintage wool Brook’s Brothers slacks that are impossible to find. Left with those and a pair of seersuckers. The owner is super-friendly and helpful…even after I knocked down an entire shelf of product *sad trumpet*. Can’t wait to come back next time I’m in town!

Went here looking for a few wool sweaters but found some amazing furs. I've been to a lot of cities (LA, NY, Chicago, etc.) and this shop has one of the best selections of furs I have ever seen. The pieces are in pristine condition like they were never worn and the prices are amazingly low! My favorite find was a two piece cashmere suit with a fox collar. The snitching is very neat and skilled and the fabric are in excellent condition. The cashmere is buttery soft and the collar is still fluffy and full despite the age. I had to leave before I tried to buy the whole store ha ha. Highly recommend and will definitely be back with my family. I noticed a lot of the coats were from old Pittsburgh stores which I just love because that you can't easily find online or in other cities. The owner was super nice and knowledgeable about the material and his dog was crazy cute too!

I love Hey Betty! It's one of the best vintage stores I have ever been to and in Pittsburgh of course! I have shopped many vintage shops ranging from New York City to Montreal in the last 25 years and he rates high in my book with the excellent, clean quality of his clothing, affordable prices, as well as a diverse range of eras, styles, and sizes. Not to mention the charming, cozy atmosphere and personable friendly vibes from the owner (Michael) and his cute dog. I highly recommend!
