When we built our house in 2020, the builders were going to charge us an arm and a leg to have ducted in every room. Knowing the company, I chose to install out of build. The install occurred with in a couple months of completion. The installers were amazing, attentive and informative. They kept me up today and provided options for the road blocks they came across. The installers were tidy and cleaned up after themselves. Every year, I have continued to keep up with servicing. Admin have been great for forward planning to suit the needs of shift work and planned days off. When asked about air conditioning, my first referral is always H & H (unless it’s not SEQ located).

The H&H team provided excellent service all the way from quoting through to installation, and site clean up which included removal of an existing air-conditioning unit. Daniel ensured his team knew exactly what was required by showing up on the first day of the installation by his experienced team of Matt and Sonny, who were competent, friendly and professional at all times. The standard of work was excellent. Communications were good throughout and the support staff were friendly and on the ball. Electrician "Bailey" used by H&H provided a similarly good service and worked well with the rest of the team. We cannot rate the H&H team too highly to any prospective customer. All of this for a good product at a competitive and all-inclusive price

First, I want to thank Daniel for being so patient in answering my queries and helping me through various options and peoviding all those quotes. He gave a really good deal to me with Daikin Multi split air conditioning. Matt and Sunny, really hard working installation guys. The job was perfect technically and aesthetically! And yeah, they asked me to recommended them for pay rise. I hope this review works for them 😀

H&H did a fantastic job of both quoting the best price we got for our Air-conditioning and being super prompt with installation only a week after we gave the go ahead. The job was done in 5~ hours for a 4 bedroom house and runs great. They cleaned up after themselves and walked me through everything with the new ducted system and how to use it.

H&H Air conditioning are absolutely fantastic!! Aaron came out to assess the work to be carried out and was nothing but extremely helpful in assisting us with what would be needed in regards to size of the unit and where it could installed. The quote was sent through to us a couple of days later and was great value!! The day of the instal was much of the same high level professionalism with the technician arriving at the arranged time and carrying out the work quickly and with no fuss. The final result was was more than we expected and we are very happy with it. I honestly cannot recommend H&H enough if you are looking for an A/C install and we will definitely be using them again in the future.
