When my wife comes to pick up our dog from you we don’t want your lecturing and recommendations that the dog needs better training. We paid you to look after the dog, not to provide a physiological assessment. You could have just smiled and accepted our payment even if the dog was annoying you, or if looking after the dog was an inconvenience to you. Keep your opinions to yourself. It’s just a dog FFS and you are not some sort of dog whisperer guru, you are a dog hotel. We will be taking our dog somewhere else due you being unprofessional.

We left our dog Turbo at hi five boarding kennels for 3 weeks while we fly home. They cared for him and uploaded videos so we could see him playing . Would highly recommend

Clean facilities, friendly staff, spacious and the highlight is the pool! My dog - Whisky absolutely spoiled by the staff and loves the pool. I’m very happy with all the attention the members had given to all the dogs boarded here equally, and I felt that Whisky well taken care of. Very trusted kennel, highly recommended

Our pup Roxie had her first stay in the kennels and even though she was a bit shy the people running it knew exactly how to cheer her up. We will continue to use these kennels moving forward
