Myra is amazing!! Ive seen several therapist and she is the only one that has listen to my physical needs and made each experience relaxing. I was about to give up on the previous therapists I tried at hiatus but I gave it one more try glad I did SHE IS THE BEST in hiatus and amongst others ive seen throughout the years! Give her a huge raise. Shes the reason I keep my membership! I also enjoyed the stone sampler so glad its available!

Rachel (massage therapist) is great at listening to my concerns and making suggestions for more effective sessions. I will continue to go back and see her!

My massage with Heidi was absolutely wonderful. From start to finish, they truly customized my experience to fit exactly what I needed. I left feeling completely decompressed, relaxed, and refreshed. There was no more tension in my neck and shoulders, and I could immediately feel the difference. She created such a calming experience, and I truly felt the stress melt away. I also had the Deluxe Hydrafacial with Shantal. I was a little nervous because my skin was dry and irritated from allergies, but she made the entire experience so comfortable—there was no burning or sensitivity at all. Shantal was incredibly informative and took the time to explain which products would best target my specific skin concerns. Her massage was relaxing, and the pressure was perfect. I left with no more puffiness in my face from congestion and glowing, hydrated skin. I highly recommend both Heidi and Shantal for an amazing, rejuvenating, and fully personalized experience!

I’m very disappointed with my experience today. I had a 60-minute massage gift card that my daughter gave me back in November. I finally had time to use it, but the service I received was only about 30 minutes instead of the full hour. I arrived a few minutes late because I accidentally went to the wrong building first since they have two locations in the same area. However, I was still expecting a proper session or at least clear communication about how much time I would actually receive. No one explained that my massage would be cut in half. The massage therapist did a good job, but the time was much shorter than what was paid for. When I brought it up, they offered to put $36 back on the gift card, but that doesn’t make up for losing half of the service I was supposed to receive. I also tipped $20 and purchased an item there, so I tried to be respectful and supportive of the business. Overall, I left feeling disappointed and that the situation was not handled fairly. If someone pays for a 60-minute service, they should receive it or at least be clearly told before the session starts that the time will be reduced. (Body massage)

I received a giftcard for my birthday to Hiatus and it was fantastic! I booked the essential massage and Lauren was my massage therapist. She did a phenomenal job and I would definitely recommend her to anyone that doesn’t already have a therapist in mind. She kind, attentive and thorough. I hope to be back soon!
