Turnover is extremely high here, staff is incredibly rude starting with Ana. Her attitude is out of this world., I signed up previously, after only ONE outstanding service with a girl I can't recall but doesn't matter, she is no longer here.. lesson learned do more research before signing your life away to this place. I tried to branch out and book with Martin who is almost as arrogant and money hungry as Ana. I should've known better than to expect facials to be any different. As you can see, Crystal does not have a good rep here, I am truly baffled she is a "Lead", she certainly likes to let people know that. You're trusting people with your body and it's almost scarier to get a facial because of people's insecurities - she is QUICK to let you know everything that's wrong with your skin, even the things out of any of our control. Then, I tried Angela who has had semi decent feedback on here, I didn't know it could get much worse after Crystal. Her hands were freezing, she couldn't answer any questions I had, she claimed to have been working here for years yet it felt like I was helping with training. Crystal also had a candle lit, shocking since people like me are extremely sensitive to scents and was visibly annoyed when I asked her to put it out. I guess to cover another odor or something. Then, if you reach out to "management" nobody gets back to you. It's not always about a free service, correct what's wrong here. You've been told over and over about how disgusting the rest of the spa is, you'd think it wouldn't be hard to address. This is the health and wellness industry, if you can't even keep a lounge or bathroom clean, why would I trust anything else to be clean? This is Dallas, there are plenty of places to pick over Hiatus. I suggest everyone do so.

Jaden was the best botox experience I have ever had. She was very educational and knowledge on her advice and listened to my concerns. She was so sweet and I have never been happier with my results. Will definitely be returning again soon! Very cute spa as well!

It was my first time getting a facial in YEARS, and Crystal N. guided me every step of the way with the right facial to get - The Sparkler. Crystal was exceptionally knowledgeable on everything skin and was even able to give me suggestions on products I should incorporate into my skincare regimen that would help my skin get that glow I’ve always wanted. The ladies at the front desk were also very welcoming. The spa was clean and well preserved - even had a sauna I could use before my facial. I’ll for sure be back!

I’ve been seeing Martin at Hiatus Spa for years and can’t imagine going to anyone else. He’s incredibly intuitive and adjusts each massage based on what your body actually needs that day. Over the years, he’s helped me with everything from lymphatic massage after surgeries to deeper, targeted work during high-stress, busy seasons at work — every session feels thoughtful and intentional. I also really appreciate that he offers practical, judgment-free tips you can actually use at home to keep feeling better between massages. I’ve had massages elsewhere, but I always rearrange my schedule to book with Martin because he’s that good. If you’re looking for a massage therapist who is highly skilled, attentive, and truly invested in your well-being, I can’t recommend booking with him enough!

I love Hiatus. I have been coming to the Plano location for several years. I was there yesterday for a massage with Paul (10/10 recommend him! He’s an amazing massage therapist). When I first arrived there was a woman in the lobby being very unkind to the women working the front about the state of the dressing room area. When I went back to change, I did notice a few things that I wanted to bring to your attention. It felt like there wasn’t someone attending the spa yesterday. Towels and robes were piled up, there was no shampoo or conditioner in one of the showers and a broken body wash in the other shower and the shower drains were dirty. I also noticed that there was no tea in the waiting area before or after my massage. These are small things, of course, and my actual massage and interactions with the staff were lovely and professional, but it did change the overall feeling of the experience for me. I still think the woman from earlier was over reacting and could have been way kinder, but for the amount people pay for services, I can see how expectations are high. I think more than anything, it left me feeling like the Plano location isn’t being cared for in the way the other newer locations are being cared for. That’s a shame because the Plano location is my favorite. With appreciation, I thank you for your attention to these matters
