I had a incredibly disappointing experience at Hide and Seek. While I understand that rules are necessary for safety, the staff’s reaction to a minor incident involving my son was completely disproportionate. They treated me like a criminal over a small mistake. The lack of empathy and the aggressive communication from the team made us feel unwelcome and disrespected. We won’t be returning.

great indoor play space for kids to burn off energy and have fun. The play area is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with lots of climbing structures, slides, and activities that keep kids engaged for a long time. There’s comfortable seating for parents and a café with snacks and drinks, which makes it convenient to relax while supervising. Overall, it’s a fun, family-friendly place and a good option for playdates or birthday parties.

This place is so playful that I had to visit it again. Being a young aunt I found this place a perfect blend of games, enjoyment, fun-activity, food and the most important- Safety! My both niece and nephew adore this playground so much that they don’t want to go back home. And the staff here is so amazed, as the always ready to help. I will definitely bring them again.

I recently had an unpleasant experience at Hide N Seek playground. After cautioning a special needs child to stop refilling her cup and asking an employee for a mop to clean the spill, I was shocked to learn that staff members had made false allegations to my employer, stating I was neglectful and didn't care about the child's behavior. Despite following the child throughout the playground and engaging with her. I find it unacceptable that employees would gossip about a client and make untrue claims. As a responsible caregiver, I was respectful and acted appropriately. Due to this experience, I will not be returning to Hide N Seek. I hope you can address the staff's unprofessional behaviour and ensure respectful treatment of clients.

We had an amazing time at Hide & Seek Edmonton. The outdoor playground is fantastic-spacious, safe, clean and filled with fun activities for kids for all ages. My daughter loved exploring the play structures, , climbing and sliding for hours. The staff very friendly, always ready to help. Excellent management of the establishment is evident at first glance, bravo! I also love the idea of membership option- it’s perfect for family who want to visit regularly, plus members gets extra perks like discounts on snakes, birthday party, special events. But it’s worth reading the term of use, as there are some nuances. In conclusion, I want to thank the team for their excellent work
