I have been using High Grade Watch Repair since they were in an office tower on LBJ Freeway. Today I brought in my 28 year old Tag Heuer watch for a new battery. Hutch went above and beyond a simple battery replacement; he cleaned my watch and the watch band and removed two links from the watch due to my losing some weight. Hutch also cautioned me to take care of the watch around water. Because of my watch's age it does not have the water resistance that it used to have. As it turns out, parts for a watch made in 1997 are no longer available. (Imagine that) Hutch, thank you for taking such good care of me and my watch. You are the epitome of what to expect when someone entrusts a treasured timepiece to your immense knowledge and skill.
