We are getting bids from a few different IT professionals right now for the purposes of security and mitigating vulnerability. I remembered Andy's energy from past experiences and I'm so glad I reached out to him. We only know enough about security to be dangerous, so when we received a quote and scope of work from another company suggesting that we buy servers and equipment we simply didn't know how to assess the value or the need. Andy has been great at simplifying a complex subject and helping me to evaluate in lamens terms what will be the best solution for Solar Edge Pros. As a local solar provider, we're not a bank or a hospital, so knowing what type of protection we need for our data and systems is an interesting debate. He's been respectful and honest while also appreciating the technologies we desire to use - he hasn't pushed us towards his own agenda as others have done. I'm grateful for the initial assessment he has performed and look forward to seeing the estimate. Will update this as we go...
