I stopped at High Trail Cycle about a week ago to have the tire on my stroller fixed. This is the second or third time I’ve come here over the years for minor maintenance on my bikes and strollers, and I’ve always been happy with the service. Last week Noah helped me, and he did a fantastic job. The repair was done in under 10 minutes, and everything was prompt, quick, and professional. Five stars all the way.

This shop rocks! I went to like ten different stores in the last week looking for help to get a stripped screw out of my skateboard, and no one could help me! The High Trails employee (young guy, unsure of his name) immediately took a look at it and figured out he can solve it for me no problem, took ten minutes! He is great and deserves a shout out! My skateboard can brake again, which is such a relief. You guys are the best, everyone should come here for their repair needs!!

I had a great experience at High Trails Cyclery. I went in needing a new helmet, and one of the workers (wish I'd caught their name) was very helpful. Their advice was focused entirely on fit and safety (no push to upsell to a more expensive model). But after seeing the tangible difference in fit and quality, I happily chose the nicer helmet anyway. I'll be coming back here for future bike and gear purchases - highly recommend!

I was in SF for a week and had an afternoon to be able to go ride. I found Norcal Flow Mountain Biking Tours and Marcel and couldn't have been happier about my find. Marcel is very knowledgeable about the trails, the bikes, the bike fit, everything. He picked me up from my hotel I was in and brought me to Mt. Tamarancho to ride. He knew all the trails and gave me riding lessons as he saw things that I can improve on. Marcel even took pictures along the way and sent them to me after. I highly recommend using this company if you are looking for local knowledge and a great riding partner.

Marcel did an exceptional job guiding us through some amazing trails in Demo Forest, Pacifica, and Downieville! Worth every dollar I spent. He provided us with some of the best bikes in the market (adjusted our suspension and rebound for us), and provided drinks and snacks. With over 25 years of experience in these trails, I felt confident he knew his way around and had the ability to explain all the features you would be expecting within the trails. The best part of being guided buy Marcel is that no time is wasted looking for trails on the map. Marcel also took the time to take awesome pictures and videos of us. He gave us tips while riding and always checked in on how we felt after riding the more difficult trails. We rode within our abilities and did not get injured once. Thank you Marcel for making this biking trip an unforgettable one! We look forward to shredding more California trails with YOU in the future!
