We needed an outside light installed quickly. I called Highland Electric and Ben gave me a very reasonable service call fee and estimate. Made an appointment for 9:00 am the next day. The service call includes the travel time. Daisy was here by 9:30, installed the light fixture and was gone before 10:00. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend this company and call them again if needed.

Second day of the blizzard (Friday, Dec 19) and I needed a whole new mast and Hydro meter. . My neighbour’s tree came down and ripped the entire unit off the house, ripped out all the wiring - a mess And it’s -29 and snowing Ben showed up and I instantly knew I was in good hands! His positive energy and professionalism, knowledge, and actual excitement to tackle the job put me at ease. He explained every step of the process and kept me aware of how long the whole thing may take (without being alarmist!). His communication with and readiness for inspector was, again, professional and respectful Ben made sure that I checked in with him when I was reconnected and reassured me that I could call him if there were any lingering issues. Highly recommend Highland Electric!

We are very pleased with our Level 2 charger installation. Our technician, Ben, was very helpful, prompt, friendly, and above all, his communication was excellent. The work was completed on time and on budget. Other companies were vague with their scheduling and wanted us to answer multiple question and send photos before sending an actual human. Ben came in person within 24 hours of my call, he sussed up the situation, provided a quote and date. At no point was there pressure (as a senior citizen, I’m sensitive to high pressure selling). It was a seamless transaction. Ask for Ben.

I hired Ben and his team from Highland Electric to install a few outlets and change out some ceiling lights/fans along with some wall switches. Their work was done in a timely and professional fashion. I have since had them back to do more work. I highly recommend Highland Electric for any electrical requirements. Oh and they left their workspace in my home cleaner than it was before! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The professionalism, communication, care, and skill that Ben and his team offer is by far the best in the trades that we have ever experienced. We have and will keep recommending Highland Electric for anyone who needs electrical services. I met Ben and team when Highland performed a massive overhaul of a large Winnipeg distribution centre where I have an office. For many months I saw first hand how the Highland team works. The feedback from the project manager was also extremely positive. So, my wife and I hired them to do the electrical on my new shop and are super glad we did! Thanks Highland Electric!
