I have been coming here since 2016, at the age of 17, and even now that I live out-of-state, I make a point to visit every time I am in town. Instructors are patient, knowledgeable, and understand the importance of teaching discipline and virtue along with the martial arts training.

Amazing instructors with common knowledge of the craft of martial arts, but great perspectives on a technique. Recommend it to anyone who needs to learn real self defense.

Have been taking my son here for almost 10 years. They run a great kids class that my son started out in at 5 years old. kids classes are Wednesday night from 6:30pm-8:00pm and Saturdays from 10am-11:30am. The instructors teach some great life lessons to the kids. Adult classes are on Tuesday & Thursday nights from 7:30pm-9:30pm.
