I honestly could not be happier with the work done on my car. Sam - THANK YOU SO MUCH! A few weeks ago I caused a pretty significant scrape with some denting on the 2 left panels and I was worried about how noticeable it would still be after repairs - especially because of the distinct colour of my car. Sam reassured me this was an easy job and that he could colour match the paint. I picked up my car today and I am beyond impressed - you genuinely cannot tell the damage was ever there. The finish is flawless and the colour match is perfect. Sam also fixed some pre-existing damage from the previous owners at no extra cost, purely so everything blended seamlessly. That level of care and pride in workmanship is rare and so appreciated. He even went the extra mile by giving me a small bottle of colour-matched paint to take home and showed me how to use it - such a thoughtful and generous touch. Communication throughout the whole process was excellent - clear, honest, and no surprises. Sam was incredibly friendly, down to earth, and easy to deal with, which made the whole experience so much less stressful. If you’re looking for a repairer who does exceptional work and genuinely cares about the end result, I cannot recommend Sam highly enough. Sam from Hills Custom Smash Repair was incredibly helpful and responsive. From our very first call, he clearly explained every step of the process and what I needed to do. He handled everything efficiently and professionally, even when there were some issues on the car insurance company side. After the repairs were completed, I noticed a small gap and contacted Sam again. He was more than happy to help, asked me to bring the car back in, and fixed the issue within a few hours. My 2023 C63S recently had a bad accident when a glass tabletop blew off a building and landed on top of my car. Every panel was damaged as well as the windscreen, sunroof and rear window. The car required all panels repaired, a full car respray and glass replaced. I gave the job to Sam at Hills Custom Smash Repairs because of his many years of experience in the business. Sam kept me informed of the progress as the job went along and his friendly manner and expert advice reassured me. The job is now finished and the car looks better than it did when I bought it.
