BEWARE DO NOT BOOK! they took my money, I had to cancel, I did it within the guidelines of the contract. They told me they would give me a refund of my $300 deposit via check in April. They said it would take up to 4 weeks for the refund. I have been messaging them and they ghosted me. It's now mid July and still nothing. I even put in a report with the BBB and they aren't even responding to them. I should have researched deeper because I found a lot of reviews saying how shady they were. Save yourself the headache and go with a different company.
WARNING to all brides and anyone considering this company! I had an absolutely terrible experience. First, the company was cyber-attacked, and my personal information was compromised. That alone was alarming, but it only got worse. I requested to cancel my event, and they confirmed the cancellation and promised a refund. That refund NEVER CAME. After they cancelled my event and took my money, they went completely radio silent. No communication. No updates. Just gone. It’s been incredibly stressful and upsetting—especially for something as important as a wedding. From what I’ve since learned, they also don’t pay their employees, under-deliver on services, and constantly try to cover up their mismanagement. This company is not trustworthy. Please, RUN from this company. They are scammers, plain and simple. Don’t let them ruin your special day!
This service was great at our fundraiser. So easy to enter your phone number and pictures were sent to your phone right away. No long lines waiting for photos to print. Prints are sent to your home. Great job!
