Booked hydration salt treatment but got a generic oil massage. Lady at reception didn't seem to know about my booking but she is also the massage therapist. Abrupt treatment, not relaxing and you can hear the crossing going outside the window. Don't know where the positive reviews have come from.

I had a fantastic experience at H K Spa.the other day. The luxurious experience and professional staff exceeded all of my expectations. The treatment ( Full body Hot Stone massage) was incredibly efective, leaving me feeling peaceful and relaxed. The massage I choose depends on my mood. I have been a loyal customer of HK Spa because of it's extended range of massages & other treatments that they offer, like Ear cleaning & Brush Cupping This undoubtedly the best place for relaxing and unwinding.
