They've worked with me through my home warranty. And they did an outstanding job. They walked me through the whole process and helped me with any issues I had. They stayed late to help me with the plumbing problem I was having. I did not know that this was a blombing company.In wichita, but I will be using them for issues in the future.You guys are awesome thank you.

We had a water leak in our basement bathroom that was difficult to find The tech was able to troubleshoot and determine where the leak originated. The repair was completed in a timely manner. Tech was knowledgeable and pleasant.

The guys were on time, identified themselves, got straight to work, and got the job done quickly. They were very respectful and cleaned up their mess. We have been blessed to have HM Plumbing before through American Home Shield and they have always been very professional.

I would avoid this company at all costs! Our warranty company assigned HM and it was a mess from the start. First NO customer service! They texted me for details and would not respond when the day and time they requested didn’t work for me. I had to call them 5 different times for information and they NEVER once called me back! The tech that came over tried to unclog the pipe for 10 minutes before giving up and starting that I will need to have a clean out installed in the basement. He left a huge mess of ruined towels, water under my sink and didn’t even reattach the pipe all the way! I went from having a kitchen sink that worked if you were gentle to no sink or dishwasher the week before Thanksgiving!!! The report to the warranty company took three days with me calling and leaving messages each day (that they never responded to). When that was approved they said they couldn’t get back to me until Tuesday (which I only knew from having the warranty company get ahold of them!) I called another company that came out right away and fixed the issue in 30 minutes!!! Oh and I did already have a clean out which HM never even checked!!! Call Reaper Plumping instead!!!

We have used H&M plumbing a couple of times and they have always done an excellent job. They explain the repairs needed and why, then get the job done right. This last time Justin and Rex came out to fix our shower, now I can take showers in my house again! Thanks guys!
