Tells you to adjust the changes on their app but the app says I need to contact them via phone. No answer… the website also says there is a textphone option but the thing is, there is so option! They’d fairly be available for a telephone call if YOU OWED THEM MONEY!

I've spoken to 17 people over the past two weeks for a simple RTI reversal and yet none of them have been sufficiently trained to help. The lack of knowledge from them is beyond words, even while legislating for them being lowly public sector employees.

Waited for 45 mins then someone answered and dropped the call. Is there anything else we can do about this service other than complain as I don’t like making official complaints
