What a wonderful store and an even better group of people at HobbyTown USA in Dallas, Texas. There was a small mix-up with my order, but they went above and beyond to make it right. Their customer service and willingness to take care of the customer truly set them apart. I’ll definitely be a customer for life. Highly recommend!

Had the tires I needed for my Rc car for my son’s DeerC 304E, not an exact match but they were able to take it out. Show me what I’m looking for so we can find a match. We try it on let me roll around straighten the steering wheel. Then they helped me with the super random charger I was looking for!! Absolutely amazing service from your staff!! Can’t recommend this place enough

Always have a good time when I visit this location. The team is very friendly here, and the selection of RC vehicles is more than enough to keep me and my son busy. Zack is super knowledgeable at the RC counter and is a great help whenever I need expert advice. It's good to walk in a hobby store like this and have everyone make you feel welcome. It's a lost art at some stores, and I'm glad these associates create a welcoming atmosphere here. Do yourself a huge favor and check them out. You won't be disappointed.
