Had an amazing experience! The service was excellent, and the whole atmosphere made it fun and enjoyable. Our host Corina was extremely professional and provided the best service. Highly recommended!
Our daughter celebrated her 9th birthday over the weekend. Frankie our party host was outstanding and an absolute joy to celebrate with! She explained everything really well and kept the girls to time with lil reminders. The party room was very clean and decorated nicely, the pizzas were so yummy! Thank you Frankie for being the best party host EVER. Your bubbly personality and awesomeness not only made the birthday girl very happy but parents aswell.
On arrival we were warmly greeted and although we didn’t have a booking and my son was being a fair bit indecisive, Maddy was amazing! She explained all the packages and while my son (15) was apprehensive, I decided we would do both mini golf and the Hijinx Hotel. We were shown to the dining area by a guy (so sorry we didn’t get his name he wore a Tu-tu 8/7) who also proceeded to take our order -while being harassed by some younger customers for a new ball, he was amazing. Our drinks were personally delivered to where we were putting and our food to our table- which was delicious! After feast time we made our way to the Hijinx Hotel, while unsure what the future held for us, we had the best time and thankfully given there were only two of us we didn’t commit to more than 30mins there- but given that it was high paced and we scored a daily high score! Would recommend for sure!!
Fun experience for us. Would recommend going during the off peak times to have a more relaxing experience during mini golf (less pressure and more time to putt for the kids). Online booking made it very easy to see when it was less busy (more openings available). The staff were very nice and friendly, the venue has been kept in good shape since it’s opened. Food is on the average side but they do have some kids options which was nice, but this place is definitely more for drinks with two bar sides available. I’ve come on dates as well, both experiences either it being adult fun or family fun have been great. Would recommend to have a go and the combination of the Hijinx hotel gives you more to do adding a set of challenge rooms onto mini golf booking. My child has visited for school holiday activities and also has had a blast with his primary school aged friends.
We had a 7yo party here and it was amazing. I highly recommend it. Our host Karl was all dressed up ready for the occasion and engaged with the kids (we had 24kids) so he did an absolute stunning job. He was so patient and professional, always looking after the kids and adults. Definitely request for him again. Booking was fairly smooth and the office will follow up all enquiries. Dietary was covered, able to do a tab for bar which was so handy. The food was really nice, fruits were fresh and pizzas were yummy, I actually liked the nuggets from the kids, nice crunch. The whole experience was very smooth and flexible. I felt really looked after. The kids had a blast with 18 hole golf.
