Avoid at all costs. I initially booked a simple roof clean, but was pressured into spending many thousands on additional work, despite everything appearing to be in good order beforehand. They then forgot to carry out the roof clean. I received no photos of completed work and no invoice or receipt, despite repeated requests for both. I strongly suspect I was double-charged for one major item, which may explain the refusal to provide documentation. After taking payment, they became largely uncontactable and uncooperative. Just a few months later, I've had to hire another roofer to fix a leak in the same area they worked on. Truly awful experience.

We had a complete tear-down of an old flat roof with a terrace, and Holland Park Roofing, led by Nicholas, did a fantastic job from start to finish. The new roof was installed perfectly—quickly, cleanly, and to a very high standard. Communication was crucial as we were out of the country, and Nicholas was responsive, organized, and helpful throughout.
