Customer service was good but the experience was not really what it is hyped to be. 2 adults and 2 kids $117, it feels rushed and the time you have at each tunnel is not long enough. It was also very hot inside.

Very well done Myself and my grandson enjoyed it thoroughly. The only down fall was a family with a pram so we were missing the 3D part of it in some of the rooms. I suggest all prams to be left at the front and babies carried in

We visited the Hologram Zoo with the kids and loved it. It was immersive, engaging and kept the kids captivated the whole time. A great way to experience animals without the crowds, and the visuals were impressive. Friendly staff, well organised, and perfect for families. Highly recommend for a fun and unique outing — we’d definitely go again.

We took two of our grandsons here Saturday 6th December. They loved it and so did we ! It was fantastic. Master 7 totally got into it and was interacting and having the time of his life. Master 3 struggled keeping his glasses on but had a great time none the less. Staff were super helpful and friendly which was much appreciated . Well worth the $$ and the memories created . Will be looking at returning in the future . Would highly recommend for a fun activity for the kids and adults !

Great performance, I would recommend to come during the evening to have more attractive price and less people. My kids were really happy. The dinosaurs has extra discount which make it’s even more attractive
