I had used them in the past and sent them a text asking them to come back and work on some issues. Joshua sent me a message that he was out of town but would be glad to work on it when he returned Nov 5. I sent him 4 messages after that with no response. Sent him a request on his website- no response. Finally sent a last message saying I was giving up. No response. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

My parents drove from AZ to Camp in Carlsbad. Upon arrival in the afternoon, they had a failure with their electric system in their RV. We called Holt and made an appointment the very next morning. They came to our campsite and fix the problem. Without their quick response, My parents would’ve had to drive back to Arizona. I appreciate the customer service and their quick response.
