I started seeing Garry a few months ago, and the difference has been incredible. I have fibromyalgia and reduced hip movement, and the work Garry has done has been amazing. My physical mobility has improved significantly, but what surprised me most was the impact on my mental wellbeing. The way he works with the body allows you to tap into emotions and release tension in a really powerful, supportive way. Since starting treatment, I’ve noticed real improvements across the board — my sleep has improved, my mobility has increased, and both my physical and mental health feel much more balanced. I feel less restricted in my body, more connected to myself emotionally, and overall there has been a steady, positive progression rather than just short-term relief. The practice itself is lovely, and the reception staff are fabulous — especially Margaret, who is so warm and welcoming. She always takes time to check in, have a wee chat, and genuinely see how you’re doing, which makes such a difference. I would highly recommend Garry and the practice.

It's been several weeks since I started receiving treatment from Garry. I'd been suffering from back pain for the past four years, but the recovery process since beginning his treatments has been remarkably wonderful. I'm still in the middle of the recovery process, so it will take a while before I'm "fully healed," but the pain that used to wake me up in the middle of the night and cause sleep deprivation has been largely resolved. Garry answers our questions very enthusiastically and clearly. The booking process is also straightforward. If you've been enduring pain or discomfort for years, I recommend reaching out to him first. Highly recommended !

Gary is amazing and so keen to share all his knowledge. He is very thorough in his initial assessment and helps you to fully understand everything he’s doing. I have been seeing him for a few months and I must admit I do love getting my adjustments, because I always sleep great that night! I have seen from my appointments that He is fantastic with kids too. The ladies on the desk are super friendly too! And it’s great to see Holywood Chiropractic getting involved with the local community too! Currently running a competition for kids.

I have nothing but praise for Garry, and his friendly receptionist team. On arrival you are made very welcome in spotlessly clean premises, and aware of a very calming atmosphere. Garry is very professional and takes time to listen, also explains your treatment in detail. After one month of treatment for my husband, we see a very encouraging improvement, and only wish that we had picked up the phone and made an appointment much, much sooner. Thank you Garry for your professionalism and caring manner, we can certainly recommend you.

Gary has helped me so much. I used to keep all my emotions in and never talk about my feelings. Gary has been adjusting me and now I am content and happy, I have more energy and my concentration has improved. My sleep has also improved. I look forward to my weekly adjustments as they make me feel good after them. High recommend Gary. Imogen age 11
