I have been working with Gary for nearly 12 months now. When I first started, I had constant tension headaches and debilitating pain through my neck that was really impacting my day-to-day life. After my first couple of sessions, these disappeared completely and haven’t returned since. I have seen increased mobility in my neck and shoulders as well as generally feeling less tension in my body. I cannot recommend Gary highly enough; the difference he has made to my well-being has been immeasurable.

Our whole family attends Holywood Chiropractic — three teenagers included — and the care we’ve received from Garry and his lovely team has been exceptional. Garry’s depth of knowledge is incredible, and each of us has felt real, lasting benefits from his support. What stands out most is how beautifully he works with my daughter, who has Down syndrome and developmental delay. His training and understanding of neurological issues shine through in every session. He meets her exactly where she is, supports her with patience and confidence, and helps her feel completely at ease. As a parent, that level of skill and reassurance means everything. The atmosphere in the clinic is always warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. We feel looked after as individuals and as a family, and we continue to notice improvements in our overall wellbeing. I started seeing Garry a few months ago, and the difference has been incredible. I have fibromyalgia and reduced hip movement, and the work Garry has done has been amazing. My physical mobility has improved significantly, but what surprised me most was the impact on my mental wellbeing. The way he works with the body allows you to tap into emotions and release tension in a really powerful, supportive way. Since starting treatment, I’ve noticed real improvements across the board — my sleep has improved, my mobility has increased, and both my physical and mental health feel much more balanced. I feel less restricted in my body, more connected to myself emotionally, and overall there has been a steady, positive progression rather than just short-term relief. The practice itself is lovely, and the reception staff are fabulous — especially Margaret, who is so warm and welcoming. She always takes time to check in, have a wee chat, and genuinely see how you’re doing, which makes such a difference. I would highly recommend Garry and the practice.

It's been several weeks since I started receiving treatment from Garry. I'd been suffering from back pain for the past four years, but the recovery process since beginning his treatments has been remarkably wonderful. I'm still in the middle of the recovery process, so it will take a while before I'm "fully healed," but the pain that used to wake me up in the middle of the night and cause sleep deprivation has been largely resolved. Garry answers our questions very enthusiastically and clearly. The booking process is also straightforward. If you've been enduring pain or discomfort for years, I recommend reaching out to him first. Highly recommended !

Gary is amazing and so keen to share all his knowledge. He is very thorough in his initial assessment and helps you to fully understand everything he’s doing. I have been seeing him for a few months and I must admit I do love getting my adjustments, because I always sleep great that night! I have seen from my appointments that He is fantastic with kids too. The ladies on the desk are super friendly too! And it’s great to see Holywood Chiropractic getting involved with the local community too! Currently running a competition for kids.
