Customer service is severely lacking. They displayed an expensive leather sectional to hide sun damage. Never replied to my phone call and email. Make sure you inspect things thoroughly if planning a purchase

Jewelry department is extremely rude and judgmental. The counter lady told me directly not to interrupt when she is serving other clients who assumed richer, quoted exact words. I cannot believe what I heard. She thought she is in Paris. If you are a Bay Area young person, this is the wrong place.
