James and his company provided me with excellent service throughout the entire transaction. He instills confidence in his workmanship and fair pricing. He explained in detail what the problem was and how it can be resolved. His work crew spent more time than expected to “get it right,” Maybe that’s why he has a 100% 5-star rating. We highly recommend James and his team at Home Pros Roofing. They did an excellent job repairing my Grandmother's roof in 2023. We had a question about a leak recently and he came out the same day that we called to check on everything. Super friendly, very fast, and high quality service at a very reasonable price. James and his crew did an excellent job re-roofing our house. When James came to do the estimate, he fully explained the options including a Fortified roof which is what we selected. There was never any pressure or effort to up sell us. I got three estimates for the job and James was the best. Before they started, they covered our slate terrace, French doors, pool, backyard decking, etc. to protect them during the process. The crew was highly skilled, efficient, and a pleasure to interact with. The finished roof looks great! They left the area around my house spotless. No trash, no nails, no shingle pieces, or shingle grit. These pictures were taken 10 minutes after they left and you can see how clean it is. It was an all around professional execution and I highly recommend this company.
