Great communication, fast response and the cleaners were very good. Also, affordable price. Having used a few of cleaning company service, I definitely recommend Home Sweet Home compared to any other cleaning company :) Highly recommended.

Highly recommend. Ana has always provided good communication, and makes sure I'm happy with everything. In particular, Kirsty is brilliant at cleaning and clearly cares about doing a good job. I fully trust her to clean when I'm not at home and rates are very reasonable.

We used HSH for about 10 months, they have been brilliant. We had an issue with a cleaner when we first started, but they sent us a replacement right away and all was fine since then (maybe just need to vet certain cleaners first!). Margaret was our cleaner for the majority and she was great, and when she went on leave after an operation we got Linda who was brilliant! We would reccomend them 100%!

We use Home Sweet Home Cleaning here at our office. We have had a number of cleaners and a few have not been very good. When we have asked for a new cleaner they have listened and sent a new one. Our latest cleaner Lisa is great! Love her! We hope she never leaves!

I love the cleaning service I get from Home Sweet Home. My current cleaner Eva is the best cleaner I ever had. She does the work perfectly and is friendly and reliable. Ana and Ross at HSH are super nice too. The fee and cleaning rate is good value for money and Ana and Ross are always quick to find a substitue cleaner if mine can't make it or had left. One of my previous cleaners broke an expensive coffee jar and HSH replaced it for me. Overall, super happy with the service!
