Mitchell is the best! We have been with HomeShield for a few years and they do a good job. Yesterday, we needed them for a specific issue - we thought that we had a moth infestation. Mitchell went above and beyond to put me at ease; he was very thorough both in assessing the issue and in calming my fears. HomeShield went from good to great in my opinion, because of Mitchell!

We've been struggling with getting rid of ants. Mitchel came for our first service and made sure all our questions are answered reassured us that hes gonna take care of it. He's been wonderful and I'm feeling positive about the experience. Fingers crossed - I don't want to see those ants again🤞

I had a great experience with Jonathon. He showed up right on time and did a very thorough inspection of my property. He explained everything clearly and went over all the services I might need without being pushy. I really appreciated how professional and detailed he was — you can tell he knows his stuff. Definitely recommend him if you need honest and reliable pest control service

HomeShield provides great service! Their technicians are very professional, knowledgeable, and go beyond to be helpful! Jonathan makes sure I get my questions answered. Carlos has been helpful beyond regular treatment. And William C. recently did a very thorough visit texting me in advance of when he was arriving, reporting a detail inspection and clearing areas of home along with pictures.
