Zack Bell did great! Very thorough. I don't think he skipped a step. The best tech I’ve had in a while. I would like to request him every time please. The price of the service can be a little cheaper though. I’m at $160 w/the last price increase.

Excellent service. Doug, the technician, listens, empathizes with me when there is a concern and he is very informative, thorough and professional. Overall after a year and more of service with Home Team I would recommend them highly to anyone who wants to keep their property safe from pest.

I approached Ryan, who was servicing my neighbors house, about HomeTeam. Ryan was very friendly and knowledgeable; answering all of my questions. He guided me through the process and the methods they use to eradicate and control pests including rodents. This was on a Saturday. On Monday I received a call from Coleen who was also very friendly and helpful. She set up my account which was easy then scheduled me for the next day! Ryan showed up, serviced our home, and explained everything once again to my wife. We couldn’t be happier with their service. Highly recommend!

I previously reported a stalking obsessed male employee. Apparently, nothing was executed to curtail his behavior such as canvassing my residence, parking in front my house and following me from my home to other cities. Nonetheless, I will hold the company liable for your employee actions.
