Stephanie was great! I had questions about delivery. She was very fast responding by email. Surprisingly fast which was great! Delivery only took a few days. Since I wanted removal of my current sofa couch she set up the removal with an outside company. They to were professional and friendly. Keito patiently and very helpfully walked us through HomeWorld, CS Wo, Ashley and Red Knot looking over dining chairs. Settled on the one we liked best, and will be picking them up this Saturday. Along the way, we ended up with a Natuzzi armchair and a Stressless chair with ottoman, back ordered for four to five months! The armchair was delivered quickly and smoothly yesterday to our home. We have been customers for decades, and Keito is our new “go to” person. From dining tables to sofas, to mattresses, our family and extended family trust in the quality and service of CS Wo and Sons. I needed a new couch. I think I sat in almost all of the couches in the store. I was helped by Jeremy and Maricel. It felt like I was shopping with friends! Both of them listened to my wants and needs. Comfort, color, fabric and size. I almost gave up until the last one was the ONE! Thank you for making my experience a good one!
