Alberto and Omar were amazing, my elevator broke down and they were very patient, even willing to carry everything up 6 flights of stairs. Fortunately it started working again but it was great that they were still willing to keep going.

I am posting this very late, and the team that moved me were absolute heroes. My dad and I still talk about the gentlemen that did the moving for us to this day. From the very start from intake call to day of, Horizon was so communicative of what to expect and transparent on every aspect. Everyone was so kind and helpful! This was my first move and it was a bit emotionally charged and they treated me so kindly. The day of was flawless. Moving out of the North End is no easy task in regards to parking and narrow streets, and then you add in a 3rd floor walk up? These guys were masters. Promptly on time. Quick and efficient and even took the time to listen to my dad who had a very particular way to load the truck (even though you all were the experts!). They took the care and time to extra wrap a few items for me as well I was worried about. It was a particularly warmer day and they took those stairs like champs. I was leaving a place I lived in for years and was a bit emotional and they were so kind. I'm grateful for the kindness, empathy, and care they took with my items and myself. Thank you for being so kind to my father who was convinced he could have moved it all himself. I would hire you 1000 more times if I still lived in MA and hope everyone will. Thank you again - a whole year later - you made a tough day seamless.
