I asked the fellow that was standing in the office when I arrived If he had had his car checked yet and he said yes he was just waiting on him to come out and give him his paperwork , then the service technician came out and I asked him if I could fill out the paperwork while I waited and he said one at a time well I thought the other guy was done. But he wasn't he is just getting started which is no big deal The problem is that they chattered about how I was acting entitled ? I did nothing out of the ordinary and would be the last person to act entitled over something like the line at the smog shop? Well I didn't feel like I could have them look in my car so I left and went somewhere else. Maybe this is more the customer that was in the office's fault than the service technician idk

Very quick service. I arrived and finished in less than 15 minutes. I was helped out by Rigo who was really nice and gave great service. I came in for a smog check, will come again next time around

Got there at posted opening time Saturday 8:30am waited till 9:10am still not opened. Will take my business somewhere else.

I had a great experience with Rigo! He got my car smogged quickly. Real cool guy with a great attitude! We had a good conversation, even talked about the military. Honest, respectful, and knows what he’s doing. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending him to others!

This place has been around for a very long time. Service was impeccable did not have to wait long for results. Service was very friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend this place to anyone in the Sacramento area. Rigo was super helpful and made me feel like family.
