This is my favorite place to shop. I always find something I love here. There are a range of prices and the customer service is awesome.
Horseshoe is a gem in our Ballard neighborhood. The women that work there are kind, authentic, and genuinely want to help. Normally, I am not a big shopper, I don't like buying things for myself and generally get in and get out of a retail space. Horseshoe is different. My experiences are have always been lovely and smile filled. The space is one that I am eager to step into, never rushing to step out. Some of my favorite wardrobe pieces and gifts have come from that happy little boutique. Please go. Treat yourself. You won't regret it.
Absolutely loved my visit to Horseshoe! Mariah and Andrea were so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The shop has a beautiful selection—especially perfect for sweater weather. Cozy, stylish, and such a warm vibe all around. Highly recommend!
Horseshoe is a Ballard gem! They have such a great selection of fun pieces and wardrobe staples at all different price points, which I appreciate so much. What really sets them apart is their amazing staff. They are all so sweet, friendly, kind and helpful! Ellie crushed it during my most recent visit there. She is a ray of sunshine! Can’t wait to go back!
I scheduled a personalized shopping event with a group of friends that I had won at an auction… or at least, I thought I did. Of course, I hadn’t actually sent the email, so the shop had no idea we were coming when we showed up one evening. The women at the store were so nice—they helped us shop, they found some drinks in the back for us, and they kept the store open an hour after closing even though they had not planned for us to be there. It was a lovely experience, we all found multiple items we loved, and we will certainly be back. Thank you Horseshoe!
