If you are looking for quality service, products, knowledge and passion for hair, look no further because Jamie and the ladies at Hottie will take care everything you need! They are extremely respectful and want to make sure you are satisfied with whatever service they provide. I deeply respect this and how they handle certain situations. I will say I had weft extensions put in my hair with the stylist Alana and she did a phenomenal job. They are exactly how I wanted them to be. They lay nice and flat while still giving me thickness. All the stylist are very kind and I do recommend the salon.

BLEW MY MIND! I haven’t been to a salon in over a decade but desperately needed someone to style my hair topper and found this place. I came in for a consultation with Alana and came out with a beautiful haircut! She knew right away what I wanted and just went to work as soon as she showed up. I was so impressed and so happy with the results! It felt great to have my hair done again after so long. This will now be my new hair salon! Alana if you see this, THANK YOU for helping me feel like myself again.

Got scammed out of $130 for an updo I could’ve done myself at home. I brought an inspo pic and the hairstylist did not deliver. Half way through we stopped to look at the service and I let her know I didn’t like it and it looked nothing like the picture. She said she would “fix” it but the result was still nothing like the picture. She charged me and I tipped her for doing the service but I let her know that I was not satisfied with the result. I got my hair done for my wedding weekend and the result did not make me feel confident. Instead of admitting her skills did not match the request or offering me a discount on the service she said I should’ve let her know before we left the chair so she could’ve asked for help. At this point I had been in the chair for an hour and fifteen minutes, and we both have eyes to see it looks nothing like the picture so she could’ve asked for help before she said she was done. I was so incredibly disappointed and sad; NOT worth $130.
