I joined Southside in October & I absolutely loved it but ever since Holly left it hasn't been the same. I fell in love with the Bay Area location. People are much friendlier that goes for Staff & Members. The weight lifting space is so much bigger. I hope & pray nothing but goodness at Southside but if anyone really wants GREAT customer service & not wait for a sauna to heat up Bay Area is the place to be. They keep them going for everyone who walks in through their doors. Sadly I have one more month with Southside & will be moving to Bay Area where my money is actually worth.

One evening none of the saunas was holding above 110 temperature. I left a note. Never heard anything back. My account over charged me. Spoke to Holly. Who didn’t know why my account was changed. 2 months later. No call back. No credit.

LOVE the immediate gratification of perfusively sweating in just a 15 minute class! In addition, the weight room area has everything I need! Great establishment 👍🏽

Since they lost Sierra the place has gone down in professionalism and communication. I texted them for a month trying to figure out how to cancel. Sent them emails. Finally went in and they talked to me into staying. I told them I wanted my daughters taken off then. They didn't do it then. They did however change my plan like we had discussed. I stopped using this location because the saunas were not clean. There were hair, dust and ants. Because I have no paper trail or proof of my conversation with the girl that no longer works there. They will not reimburse me. Were talking like $70 a month for 6 months. That entire time they were charging me I didn't realize until recently because it was on my husband's card. Since I thought it was canceled they obviously were not going. The only thing that they were willing to do was give me 2 free months. Then there's no way to to talk to anyone else about this? This is not ok.

I want to give a genuine shoutout to Brittney and Skyy at HOTWORX. From day one, they were welcoming, professional, and truly encouraging. They made the environment feel positive and motivating, and they always took the time to answer questions and check in. You can tell they care about the members and take pride in what they do. Unfortunately, I decided to leave due to ongoing issues with management that made it hard to continue my membership. While my experience with leadership wasn’t ideal, I don’t want that to take away from how great Brittney and Skyy were. They absolutely deserve recognition for their kindness, consistency, and the energy they bring every day. If you get the chance to work with them, you’ll be in good hands.
