I’ve been attending the southside location almost a month and I love it! Sky and Holly make it so inviting and welcoming and I always want to come back! Jesse did a great job always making sure the place was clean and sanitized. I recommend HOTWORX to all my friends and coworkers! I also want to wish Holly an amazing happy birthday!!!

I love this place! I had gotten off track during the holidays but back in my grind! Sky amd Holly are always helpful and they continue to guide me when I need to ask questions or need credit for my progress on the app! You even get credits for going which is another plus but also gives you accountability!! Going here has helped me mentally and physically even when days I don't feel like going I push myself as the infra red does wonders for my back pain and allergies!! Get in there if you have not tried 👊🙌💪

I've been going to HOTWORX since September and I've loved it! Holly and the rest of the staff are so friendly, it makes me want to keep coming back. And the workout classes are great. I've definitely noticed a difference in my strength since I started coming here. Highly recommend!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this HOTWORX location due to poor management and unprofessional behavior from the general manager, Holly Treff. In December, I called because my app was not working, which meant I could not access the gym. I was told someone would get back to me, but no one ever did. When I followed up later, I was informed that a support ticket needed to be submitted—something that should have been done during my first call. Because of this, I was unable to use the gym for about two and a half weeks. I work during normal business hours and go to the gym at night, when no staff is present, which made the lack of follow-up even more frustrating. When I was finally able to return, instead of professionalism or understanding, Holly Treff made a comment telling me I had “no common sense,” which I found belittling and completely inappropriate. To make matters worse, when I asked about canceling my membership, I was not given clear information. I specifically asked if I would still be able to use the gym for the remainder of the month I had already paid for. Holly responded that she had already canceled me. I did not agree to immediate cancellation under those terms. This experience showed a lack of communication, accountability, and basic respect for paying members. I would not recommend this location unless management practices significantly improve. Also, I have everything in recording if corporate is seeing this

I have been going here since March and I love how Hotworx has been so beneficial for me not only is the gym accessible 24hrs..the wide variety of classes from yoga, cyle,pilates,iso, etc the infrared sauna, and the staff is super nice always there to answer and questions even the manager Holly is always there to motivate you to do the monthly challenges. You earn the burn from working out and completing your 90 day challenge and get $$ to spend in the store!! The price is reasonable for what you get!!!
