This place is an absolute scam. I called back in October to freeze my account because I have three memberships mine and two people that have never gone. Told the lady to freeze the other two accounts because I still wanna keep mine and I wanted to eventually cancel the other ones I did not have a ride from North Las Vegas to Henderson so I could not go in person and it was like pulling teeth to get them to freeze my account. The lady told me she was able to freeze it. Well lo and behold. I have still been charged every month since then even though the freeze is supposed to be a three month freeze, they never froze my account and now even though I’ve had my membership for over a year they’re still trying to tell me I have to pay $100 to cancel each of these memberships. The last time I spoke to them, the lady hung up in my face never called me back and so I went as far to cancel my card so they couldn’t charge me anymore and I got my new card and they are still charging my bank account. Do not go here. Horrible customer service horrible help and now I will be actually taking this even further and going to HR because this is ridiculous. I’ve called multiple times asking to speak to a manager. Oh no manager is here. Will have you called them back tomorrow no call back . This is not how you treat your paying customers and if they would’ve just froze my two accounts I would’ve continue to use here and actually paid to get the other ones taken off, but since They wanna do this to me, they can have this have this reveal and I will be going to HR thank you if you want to cancel my account you can but until then I’m gonna make sure that you guys actually understand how much of a scam you are running. I’ve had this membership with this HOTWORX location and I’ve probably been there twice now I do Travel and I have been to other ones but I noticed I have the highest paying tear. I wasn’t even able to book other sauna as of the last time I paid it was gonna cost $12 however, if I had my account for over a year three memberships and y’all wanna charge me to go to a different sauna no thank you. You can have your shitty sauna.

You are impossible to get any communication with. Tried cancelling my membership many times. Keep getting charged. Was just charged again for what looks like three months! You are ripping people off. If I sound angry it’s because I am. All I want is to get what you just charged me back and CANCEL!!

I really enjoy this location. Great staff. It’s always clean. The virtual instructor led classes are perfect for me and I LOVE the infrared saunas that prevent extreme soreness. My husband is even signing up as well!

I have been going to HOTWORX for about a year and a half now and I love it! The work out environment is positive and encouraging, but still challenging. I love that I can workout in my own sauna, it feels like my own space. And the heat just adds a relaxing environment on top! The gym is clean and the staff is friendly!
