J did a fantastic job getting my light hair to a deep copper. She was absolutely professional, personal, and walked me through exactly what she was doing with each step including the chemical processes taking place. 10/10 would recommend anyone to her!

Disappointed - I left feeling robbed of time and money. The Stylist, J was running behind so I waited 45+ minutes past my scheduled appointment time. My haircut (1in trim) took less than 10 minutes and it costed $57 plus tip. No wash, no blow dry, no product. The wait plus the higher price than expected for a simple trim without any frills (used to be $35 for wash, cut, & style a few months ago) was not worth it for $70. I’m pretty easy-going and might have been more okay with the higher price if my hair felt/ looked different and included a wash/blow dry. Essentially, I would have felt better if it was something “more” than 9 minutes in a chair for $70. Two stars because my past year experience (and price) with Dawn went well previously.

Sam did such a great job with my hair. She listened to all my concerns and problem solved all the way with my difficult to style hair. Sam spent a lot of time with me to make sure I got the result I was after. Her experience with hair really shows.
