My husband stopped in for some anniversary flowers. He doesn't usually get flowers. The original arrangement didn’t last as long as expected, they handled the situation with EXCEPTIONAL care and professionalism. When I reached out, they were incredibly understanding and immediately offered to replace the flowers and not just replace them, but had them delivered. The replacement arrangement was absolutely beautiful and fresh and still going, and I truly appreciated how committed they were to making things right. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find, and it shows how much they value their customers. Thank you for turning the experience around so kindly. House of Poppy...Making magic happen! I was not able to call in advance to see if House of poppy could create a floral arrangement for me to get to my wife on our anniversary, so I dropped in unannounced. Kadie (the owner) stopped what she was doing to ask if I needed help with anything. I shared with her what I was trying to do and little did I know that she would drop everything she was doing to help create a beautiful and elegant floral arrangement in record time. I showed her what I was thinking and she asked me a few more questions and she was on her way to making magic. The fact that the owner of House of poppy would stop what she was doing and take her time to make my anniversary extra special meant the world to me, let alone make one of the most beautiful arrangements we have ever seen. I cannot recommend House of Poppy enough. 5 stars across the board.
