This bike stand was conveniently right in front of our Courtyard hotel so I gave it a shot 1 morning taking a ride through downtown and to the bayou park. However, the application malfunctioned and would not let me take any of the bikes from any of the stands. I tried 3, 4, 5,6 7, 10, 11, NO Luck. Disappointing, but I was able to walk to park
Portal 7 didn’t register my bike returned. Called during business hours, submitted ticket on app, emailed… no response, no response, no response. Here for the weekend and bought month pass, now can no longer check out bike because it says I haven’t returned it.
Bcycle station 5 took hours to check in my bike leaving me stranded downtown.
