I purchased several flowers from this Houston garden center, and within three days, multiple plants had already died despite me watering them properly and following care instructions. That alone was frustrating, but what made the experience worse was the customer service. The manager Pedro was extremely rude and dismissive when I brought up the issue. I’ve visited this location several times, and each time he is on his phone and provides very poor customer service. Unfortunately, the attitude doesn’t stop there — the cashiers have also consistently been unfriendly on multiple visits. Between the poor plant quality and the lack of professionalism, I won’t be returning. I expected much better from a local garden center.

Wild One an incredible experience! Came here to get flowers to replace those that died in the winter and was very happily surprised to find a large selection at incredible prices. The staff helped greatly to find and load everything into my vehicle

Lots of plants relatively inexpensive but if you need any information about a plant or soil or exposure good luck.

No service even though there were only 5 customers in the store. This store used to be great.
