They sent an email out saying everything is 70% off until January 15. I tried to call multiple locations to confirm this and got no answer. After driving an hour to the garden center on the 9th I am told that it’s only 50% off and they will not honor the flyer that they sent. VERY DISAPPOINTING & FALSE ADVERTISEMENT

We've bought our family Christmas trees here every year for several decades. We bought a tree Sunday and spent well over $100 to include a base and fresh cut (plus an additional $20 tip) We brought it home, put water in it and it immediately began leaking all over our living room floor and nearly drowning our roomba and other electric devices. We strapped the tree back on top of my car and hauled it back where they put another base on it. Unfortunately, as soon as we pour water in the base, again its leaking, it has a giant nail in it, splitting the water bucket down the middle but Jennifer, the manager, says its all my fault. She says I must have ripped the bucket by pulling on the base. DONT GET YOUR TREE HERE or at least don't let their people put a base on it. Merry Christmas

WARNING!! DO NOT BUY YOUR CHRISTMAS TREE HERE!!! We bought our Christmas tree here this year. We paid the extra $20 for them to give us a fresh cut and put a stand and water bowl on it. We brought the tree home and put water in the bowl, fully trusting it had been put on properly. Within minutes a gallon of water poured all over our expensive hardwood floors! It took us hours to clean up the mess and it was especially difficult because we had already decorated the tree and put lights on. It was an absolute disaster! We brought our receipt back to the Garden center, along with the faulty stand, and we were told there was “nothing they could do to help us.” They gave us a number to call customer service at headquarters, so we did that today. Headquarters told us to pound sand. They said they cannot give refunds and they made no apologies and absolutely refused to make their inflicted disaster right. This company does not care about Customer Service, they do not care about their customers, and they have inferior products. We will never give them another dime after being very loyal customers. What a disappointment! #FAIL!!!!

Wow so I had read the reviews before I went here so I can’t say that I haven’t been forewarned, but on one of the reviews I read it set their flowers died immediately after purchase still I took a chance and I bought about five flowers from here and within a week after we potting them they completely died.. yes prices are cheap but be careful what you pay for. Only one still living right now. They grew some weird bacteria I wasn’t even going to reuse the potting mix that I bought because I was worried it would affect other plants. This place is huge everything from large trees to potting soil . The clerks are there if you require or happy to let you wander the nursery. The prices are good , prime location 18th and loop, ample parking large selection a first choice in the loop.
