My first time in, and I was thrilled. I’m new to HP, but not new to facials. Highlights- thorough and relaxing facial, just the right balance of talking and peaceful silence, possibly the best scalp massage I’ve had. Low light- tough extraction session, but I also didn’t ask for any adjustment like lighter pressure even though she offered.

Had such a great experience from start to finish!Was my first ever facial and everything was handled with professionalism, and care . The quality in her work exceeded my expectations, and her customer service was friendly, helpful, and responsive.
