Never got my haircut because of their awful service. Gave them a call to see if they accepted walk-ins and they said yes but recommended booking online. I was going to but they requested to hold my cc indefinitely so I preferred the walk-in. They said they had a free spot at 1130am so I showed up at 11:10 (10/ 15 minutes after calling) and I said I was the one who called about the walk-in. The guy looked at me and said “oh yeah, it will be about an hour wait.” I told him ok, that I would wait outside on their bench. As I’m sitting waiting another guy walks in, comes back outside on his phone and says sweet I got an appointment 15 minutes (the 11:30 slot I had walked in for). Don’t waste your time here.

I go to ace every couple of weeks for a cut. The professionalism, the attention to detail, and the precision is on point every time. I tell him I don’t even need the mirror because of how much I trust this barbershop to give me a top tier cut! Would highly recommend

We took our son to HQ Barbershop in Scottsdale, AZ during our trip, and we’re so glad we did. The shop is clean, well-run, and has a great vibe. Ryan did an outstanding job on our son’s haircut. We came in with the goal of getting a Pau Cubarsí–style cut, and Ryan absolutely nailed it. He was professional, attentive to detail, and really great with our son.
