Well I paid over 700$ to have Johann do my taxes. It’s been several months and I’m STILL getting letters and fighting to fix mistakes while H&R Block basically tells me to kick rocks. I’ve remained quit and tried to resolve these issues myself but after yet ANOTHER day on the phone for literally hours on hold I get nowhere. I’m fed up and will be contacting and attorney for assistance on this scam if a tax prep place. Oh FYI…. This was H&R Block’s “second change to do it right” It is now almost the end of December and still no checks or anything back from the filing. Still more paperwork about information that’s incorrect and now I’m receiving letters saying that I didn’t report All of my income from 2020. H&R Block may not be bad but Johann Hikes certainly is a flop in the business. Absolutely clown.

I had my taxes done and while it was quick but she messed up my taxes and I'm the one who caught it and called to tell them so then we had to do a amendment. I have to wait longer to get my money back and I still have to pay the $400 to have my taxes done even though I'm the one who caught the mistake not them. This just isnt right at all. I wont go back at all and I will make sure none of my friends/family do as well. (I'm posting using my son's email address because it wont let me on my email)

Awesome service penny makes sure you get every penny back...me nmy husband went and had to bring our son n they were awesome with him as well playing with him while we did our taxes

I've been coming here at this location for the past few years and have always been given very nice & knowledgeable tax professionals. Doing my taxes here is very speedy because I am able to upload all of the documents and information I need to their website & before my appointment they can access and review it so it's ready when I arrive. Also because I have filed with them years previous all of my information is already ready to go unless I need to make changes or add to it- like change of address or work, etc. They make filing all of this personal information transparent with a duel screen set-up so that you can see what they are doing at all times. I always feel like they are doing the most they can to make sure my refund is correct and optimized. I will continue to go to this location if possible & always plan to use H&R Block to file my taxes each year.
