The professional and courteous treatment we get during our time in the office. Mrs. Joyce Pickett is and has been doing a very good job and we would give her STARS FIVE for her services.

Miss Joyce is always very sweet and helpful. If I don't understand certain things she tries to figure out a way to help me get a better understanding. Miss Joyce always remembers me by name and she always remembers conversations that we had the year before. I've used her for about 3-4 years so far and I wouldn't trade her for anyone else! She makes tax time a good experience and she always makes me feel welcomed!

The staff at the governor's drive office was just so kind and so wonderful to me from the moment I walked into the door. Darlene Williams did my tax return and she was just a blessing and very thorough and just treated me not as just a number but a person and just was so kind to me. I love going to see Darlene Williams on Governor's. She always prepare my taxes for me get me as much as I work for. My wait time is never more than 10 minutes. They always help me print my W-2 IF I don't have it, the price is reasonable for me because I always get a big refund so the fee is never a problem for me. I never wait more than 20 days to receive my refund. And I always get approved for the advance every year. I always recommend anyone that has never been there to go because I am a faithful client and never have had any IRS issues or pay back. The people at the front desk are friendly as well, they're like my family honestly.🤩🤩🤩🤩
