HTeaO - Glendale (Glendale & 91st)

"Texas Born & Brewed" and now finding its way to Glendale, AZ, HTeaO is the 31 Baskin Robbins in the tea game. I came here recently because my friend, who lives in the west valley, has been singing their praises. After visiting my parents, I decided to stop by and yeah, I get it! They have so many flavors that you can mix and match and for under $5, why not? They have a great selection of sugar-free options too. I believe all their drinks are sweetened with real sugar too so none of that corn syrup stuff here either. It's great. I like it here. I now have a new spot to pop in to before or after visiting my family. Happy Hour BOGO, every day, 2pm-4pm.

Editing my review so that management may see. I still love this place and have had many great experiences. Yesterday my husband and I stopped in. The girl at the counter was rude! I asked politely to change the milk in my coffee (as I’ve asked before with no issues) - and she was just so rude about it “we don’t do that here” and rolled her eyes at me. Enough to where my husband and I both noticed. The other girl who has been there for a little bit and always super kind thankfully took over. The other new girl remained salty. This would have been october 3 around 530pm register closest to the gallon teas. We didn’t know what we were walking into- but wow was it awesome! I loved creating the perfect tea flavor for me. The customer service was amazing- they answered everything happily and helpfully. Very friendly. The place was immaculate for cleanliness. We had so much fun trying the flavors (don’t forget to find the secret menu). The tea is high quality and the flavors really shine. It’s southern sweet tea but won’t make your jaw hurt after a few sips. You can taste everything. Love the snacks,gear, and side topping bar. The sizes are insane! Pretty good priced. I am so happy to have this addition to the area. I missed true sweet tea for so long! My tea combination: 1/2 blueberry green 1/2 mint with a splash of Georgia Peach and some cherries on top. Hubby: Apple Pie ( Texas chai and Ryan Palmer)

This place is so amazing. When you enter there is a line that allows you to choose your tea flavor and mix flavors together. You’re able to buy gallons of the tea by the checkout. The tea here is great quality and you can tell the company put a lot of effort in customer experience. Past 2pm to I believe 4pm it’s buy one get for one for free, the prices are already extremely reasonable with a huge only being a little over $4USD. I’ve been struggling financially and this place really seems to care about all types of customers. The app is very easy to navigate, on download and signup you get a free drink that you can checkout with buy one get one free so you get two drinks for free.

On the way home from Shinedown last night I seen a new coffee place so we went back today and it was a tea/ coffee place. Download the app and you get a free huge tea on your first visit!!!! I really liked it because you can sample all the tea flavors they have and you can mix it how you want!!!! Very reasonable prices too! I highly recommend HTeaO !!!!!!

Huge fan of HTeaO! After only one visit and having never been here before, I am hooked. I honestly thought it was just a drive thru for tea, coffee, and energy drinks but there is an inside and it's like a mini convenience store. I loved this aspect! You can buy tea of every kind you can think of, plus coffee or energy drinks, snacks, hats, shirts, bottles, coolers, stickers, and so much more. I love that their snacks are on the healthier side as well! You can also get tea by the gallon, and choose your variety, including mixes or percentages (for example, 75% black, 25% passionfruit, etc.). Everyone was SO nice! They have great customer service here. The coffee was excellent and I think they nailed it. I will definitely be returning!
