Great place! We were staying at Travelers World, and biking the mission trail. Shifter cable seized up, needed new cable. Took in old cable and went ahead and got a brake cable made up as well. They immediately jumped on making new cable assemblies at a great price! Reinstalled and all good now! Very good folks there, we will return. Thanks
Very knowledgeable and friendly people who do really good repair work for a fair price. It’s nice to no longer have to spend half a week’s pay to get my Trek tuned up at the name brand shop and even better it’s a locally-owned business, not a franchise. They also have a nice selection of bikes at prices ranging from affordable to high-end. Great shop IMHO.
I love this shop. It's located in the South Town area, which helps you avoid the traffic of downtown. They always have a great selection of bikes there too, I have purchased two Aventon e-bikes from them, the pace 350, & 500, for my food delivery job. Because of this purchase I have been MVP at my job for the last 4 years, (most sales, most deliveries, most tips) when the bike company discontinued my Pace 350 model(after 3 years, and 10,000 miles, right as I needed a part!) the workers at HUB helped me get into a newer model for a decent price, which I've been riding no problem for a year. The owner is also a really cool guy, and has lived my dream of being a video editor for TV (ever heard of that show Lost?) he's very knowledgeable and really knows his stuff (I suggest you listen to his recommendations!) Repairs are done pretty fast here by staff, at most 1-2 day turn around, but sometimes right on the spot! An overall great experience from great people, thank you HUB MRKT bikes for keeping me rollin' through the years!
What a great place to meet, have bike talk and enjoy positive vibes with others who really make you feel welcomed into this group of other riders! So much knowledge from the owner and staff to just sit and listen and learn from. I really am glad I have gotten to know if this shop. I'm looking forward to returning and enjoying more great company and great rides! Thanks!
