Visited with a couple of friends who were interested in getting a Brompton, and we had a great experience. Jonas helped them out and was fantastic, he took the time to walk through options, answer questions, and make sure they found the right bikes. They ended up leaving with two Bromptons plus accessories. While we were there, there was a steady flow of customers coming in for both service and purchases, which says a lot about the shop. Overall, a great bike shop, friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly trusted by the community.

Did a really nice job packing up my bike for shipping. Very easy.

Update: Jeff gave the bike a thorough tune-up and was accommodating. Competent bike shop, but unpleasant to work with. I bought a >$2500 bike from them after test riding a few, which was nice. But the bike was delivered with very out-of-tune shifters even after asking the tech to tune them. I brought the bike in for a tune-up a month later and the tech said I "must be tripping" when describing an issue to them. Do not recommend, take your money elsewhere.

Can’t speak on their brick and mortar location. But ordered a bike online through them. Great customer service, prompt shipping. Give these guys your business

Walked in desperately after my pedal fell off ( half stripped ) and they very kindly helped 30 min before closing. Then the quickly also fixed the breaks, adjusted the seat, adjusted the handles .. and basically gave it a full tune up and replaced a part. Super kind & very knowledgeable , and they can help with electric bikes. Thank you thank you thank you 🙏 store even came equipped with an emotional support dog (jk, but he does like pets).
