We got a boost from 26 to 32, Apparently both are high ACT scores but the one on one helped immensely. The coaches were good, but the management is better, Janelle just gets it, she does an amazing job understanding and guiding. She also does a good job at communicating with parents and coordinating.
I’m writing this for those who are truly looking for accurate educational information and who deeply care about placing their children in a safe environment with excellent and experienced teachers who can help nurture their talents! I have both of my children, ages 8 and 5, enrolled in this learning center, and I must say it has been one of my best experiences in Houston when it comes to my kids. Ms.Jenelle is absolutely amazing very experienced, respectful, and extremely patient. Both of my boys adore her, as well as their other teachers, each of whom is responsible and outstanding in their own way. I want to take this opportunity to thank the entire staff, the front desk, all the teachers, and the administration, especially Ms.Jenelle . I highly recommend this center!
Finding a team that has a genuine love for what they do is not an easy feat. Huntington has exceeded my family’s expectations with their thoroughness in accessing my nephews needs. They paired him perfectly with Ms. Tanya who goes above and beyond to ensure my nephew is grasping the lessons while staying on track. She has been such an amazing help and resource for my nephew even outside of Huntington. She has given us the tools that allow us to advocate for my nephews accommodations in school. I am so happy that we found Huntington and look forward to watching the progress that I know is to come.
We’ve had a wonderful experience with Huntington Learning Center West University Place. Both of my daughters have benefited greatly from their programs, and as a parent, I couldn’t be more thankful for the support and results we’ve seen. My older daughter worked with Huntington to prepare for the SAT, and the difference was incredible, not just in her score, but also in her confidence. Their personalized tutoring and practice tests helped her focus on exactly what she needed to improve, and the strategies they taught her for time management and test-taking made a huge impact. She is currently working in her college applications with them as well, that’s a service probably not highly publicized but they can help with that as well, huge benefit to have local and qualified help. My younger daughter was getting ready for the ISEE exam to apply to private school, and Huntington helped her feel calm, confident, and ready. They provided clear, focused instruction and practice that really mirrored the test. She walked into the exam without fear, which says a lot. The staff at this location is outstanding. Mrs. Janelle, the coordinator, is incredibly helpful and always quick to respond to questions and special guidance as a life-longer educator. David, the manager, is also fantastic and very easy to work with. If you’re a parent looking for trusted, high-quality academic support, I highly recommend Huntington Learning Center West University Place. Their caring, structured approach truly makes a difference—and your kids will feel it too.
Huntington has been a game changer for our son. We found out halfway through middle school as he was diagnosed with ADHD that our son had missed critical parts of his learning path and that he had a significant deficit to catch up. Despite big efforts at home we were struggling to get him where he needed to be on our own. Huntington Learning Center greeted us with a combination of compassionate personal care and a systematic approach to measuring where help was needed most. Over a few months, watching our son go from being behind to getting nearly all A’s in 8th grade was one of the most rewarding and proud moments of being a parent. We highly recommend Huntington as a core ingredient in assisting in your child’s success.
