Stay away from this company. Extremely unprofessional from day one. I paid £220 for a rat gate, yet rats returned within days. Instead of fixing the issue properly, they asked for even more money to “solve” the same problem. They failed to resolve the issue the first time and appear to be dragging things out to keep charging, rather than addressing the root cause. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company.Dont waste or trust the words they say .

We recently used Huntsman for beg bug extermination, they charged almost double of other companies for a one time treatment (£300) which does not include second treatment. Treatment wasn’t effective as Within less than a month bed bugs are back, contacted them with this issue but got no reply at all. Would not recommend.

We recently used huntsman and I haven’t been overly impressed with the service we received. The first visit we were given a time window and the technician arrived quite a few hours late outside of this. We paid £150 in total for a 20 min visit for a quick assessment of our loft which we have had a rat infestation. We were told there was 100% a dead rat in the loft but they couldn’t find it but if we clear out some space they will make sure to remove it the following visit. The second visit we were told a 8am to 12pm window. We received barely no communication that this was changed and the technician arrived at 3:30pm. I had moved my plans / work around this day. Again another £150 spent for a 20 minute visit yet the issue of a deceased rat was not resolved despite the fact that the loft had been cleared but the technician now decided there was no rat despite the strong odour and flies present. A hole had been located on the first visit and this was filled during this second visit. They offered a free visit to make up for the very late arrival and lack of communication. Trying to arrange this visit was rather frustrating as we kept getting ignored by the office to schedule this in despite explaining to them we had a very bad case of maggots and flies in our home in my daughters bedroom directly under the infested area. The third visit was finally scheduled and we were given a window of 6-9pm. Again no communication until we chased at 9pm as no one arrived and we were told simply that they could not get a reply from the technician. We arranged an alternate date and a different technician Eric arrived. He was absolutely brilliant. He located a dead rat that was fully decomposed and had been up in our loft directly above our daughter’s room for quite some time. Despite us repeatedly asking the first technician to locate and remove this for us. Due to the incompetence and laziness we have had to dispose of quite a lot of items including a bed and mattress due to a maggot infestation which could’ve been prevented had this been removed on the first visit which is what we paid the £150 fee for. The communication has been poor for the cost of the visits and the service is not up to par. This review would’ve been less stats had it not been for the amazing service by Eric. The technician on the first and second visit did not stand solely on the beams despite being asked on each visit and has completely cracked our plaster work in our bedroom on the ceiling which we will now have to pay to have fixed.

Jony arrived promptly. Did a thorough assessment on first visit. I did not see any evidence of further infestation. 2md visit all holes blocked. All done quickly and effectively. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you.

Could not recommend the team enough. After struggling with pests in the property for months. These guys placed the relevant traps/poison and came back to proof the entrances they suspected the pests to come from. No sign of them since. Great job guys!
