My experience with Hybrid was exceptional. I signed up for a 12 week program. I had just turned 40 and was dealing with nagging injuries. Ray was great and created a comprehensive lifting and nutrition plan. I lost more than 20 lbs and 10% body fat in 12 weeks all while maintaining my strength. I highly recommend Hybrid. I can't recommend Hybrid enough. I have been going to Hybrid for almost a year and have done both the private sessions and the six-week semi private trainings. Hybrid offers guidance, a positive atmosphere and encouragement making it more than a gym but rather a community.
