Amazing care again from Paul today. My ring looks just like it did on wedding day nearly 9 years ago. Still amazed how beautiful my wife’s band looks, that had to be a bespoke design to complement a unique engagement ring. Knowing the skill, care and pride that the brothers put into the jewellery that is most personal to us is priceless. We recommend them to everyone we know/meet. The Hyde Park Design family have been nothing short of incredible in this engagement ring buying process and journey. From the first conversations with Eloise on the story of how I got to this moment, to the chats about the ring designs to the plan of actually doing it with Paul and Shaun, I can say their customer support is above and beyond. Their attention to detail and welcomed feedback and suggestions on the design meant we got the most perfect, unique designed ring to us. But even after the purchase they didn't stop checking in to see how things were doing and leading up to the big moment, providing lots of tips (even how to get the ring abroad undetected). If you are in the market for a bespoke piece of jewellery from a family run business who provided the highest of quality, attention to detail and just outright friendly nature, I cannot recommend these guys enough.

Hyde park design are great! My fiancé and I came in for an engagement ring resizing, Paul and Sean were extremely accomodating and took the time to explain to us how it worked and helped a lot with the sizing. We had been to a few other places and felt much more comfortable here. It’s a family run business with lots of lovely engagement photos from their clients on the wall. Highly recommend. If I could give 6 stars I would! Thanks guys.

We were recommended to Paul and his family by a close friend of ours. And I’m so glad they did. The whole process was made very easy. From the first meeting I took my mum to start the designing of an engagement ring for my partner. Eloise made several designs based off ideas I’d been given by my partner. She explained everything we needed to know about different cuts and styles. Even while we waited her brother cleaned up and replaced a missing stone on my mums rings. Free of charge! Couldn’t have been happier with the final product. And my fiancé loves her engagement ring. Would highly recommend this lovely family to make any ring. Nicest guys you could find. Family run business, proper jewellery makers. They’re always happy to polish and clean for free. I broke my wedding ring and they fixed it for free while I waited. Have recommended them to many friends & recommend them to you.
