I-Spa Lash Nail Lounge

My first experience with Ispa, and don't plan to return. I went in with my 2 daughters and my friend. It was very overpriced and one of the ladies who attended my daughter seemed to have an attitude and was very aggressive as if she was irritated. It made my daughter feel like she did something wrong. After my daughter had noticed her irritation she apologized and said that her agression was hurting her a little. The nail tech then got upset & stopped talking and started using non-verbal communication. When she wanted my daughter to put her hand in the UV light dryer she would point at it and get upset with my daughter not getting it right away. Although she could have used her voice. Her nails were $95 for Medium Acrylic Red French Tip. No designs and no pattern. She wanted a gold outline on the french tip and a bow on one finger but that would total $125. For myself my nails came out crooked and when I told the nail tech she made it seem like it was just my finger! 😂 My youngest daughter's set was $80 for Acyrlic Red Short nails. She didn't like that her tech didn't ask her what color of acrylic powder she wanted and they came out a little clear. You can notice where her natural nail ends. It was overall okay.I don't think it would be the best option for nail salon. They forgot to charge the youngest nail set then called me a little after but the front desk was very sweet.I would say that there is more affordable, nice places to go to. I may sound dramatic but the experience was just not it for the pricing and quality.

I loved my nails! I feel like the lace was super complicated to do but my stylist pulled through. She was super precise and patient with me. The first two are my own set of nails I got. The third is the inspiration picture. I paid 115$ for these nails. I’d do it again. I had previously gotten my nails done and it left the skin around my nails a little irritated, you might see that in the pictures. 😅☺️

Marcy took care of the white nails. The ladies are just wonderful, whole staff is just wonderful!! It’s a wonderful experience!! Everything’s clean, nails are SMOOTH, shapes are perfect! I’ve been to a couple places in town and this has been the BEST by far! Will never go anywhere else!

I am so glad I found I-Spa! New to the area, I was in search of a good nail place. I-Spa has a calming, pretty, and clean atmosphere. Their customer service is great. I'm always greeted warmly and set up with a tech who has experience with the style I want. I've never waited more than 5 minutes to be taken back, that is with an appointment. They come and check on you during your service to make sure you're happy, and offer drink refreshments - anything from a diet coke to a mimosa or wine. I did have one time my gel chipped 2 days after service, but I simply called and was welcomed back to fix it ASAP. I appreciate a business that is dedicated to keeping their clientele happy. I would recommend I-Spa to anyone in search of a quality nail salon!

My manicure and pedicure were top-notch - the attention to detail was impressive, and the products used were high-quality. The nail tech was knowledgeable and efficient, getting the job done with precision. What really stood out was the exceptional service. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and made sure I felt at ease throughout the entire experience. If you're looking for a great place to unwind and get some pampering, I Spa is the spot.
